    I. Regular work

    1. Hire and train all Cargo Supervisors and Agents in their base station

    2.  Oversee the staffing, scheduling, discipline and efficiencies of the local cargo agents in their base station

    3.  Monitor staffing in assigned areas, verifying that overtime is used properly and assures employee productivity

    4. Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with local management at each of the stations within their assigned region

    5.  Ensure exemplary Customer Service is practiced at all times at the point of sale and on the ramp

    6. Champion the responses to all internal and external Customer irregularities received at that location, including interfacing with Customers as needed

    7. Maximize hours of operation in the cargo facility with allocated staffing compliment

    8. Establish and maintain a constructive working relationship with local Airport Authority, Interline Partners, Contract Handlers, and other third parties to promote a mutually beneficial relationship

    9. Assist Cargo Management with cargo facility refurbishment, expansion and relocation projects

    10. Ensure all cargo equipment is properly maintained and repaired as necessary

    11. Partner with the Cargo Area Manager in an effort to ensure Customer satisfaction and a commitment to operational excellence

    12.  Interact with all departments to promote consistent application of established cargo policies and procedures

    13. Prepare presentation and proposal relative to the job handled

    14. Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

    15. May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders

    II. Job Fit Facets

    Education University diploma
    Working experience Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Ground Operations Ramp, Cargo and/or Operations required. 2 years additional experience leading a Customer Service team/organization is highly preferred
    Specific knowledge Must have extensive knowledge in the areas of Air Cargo, Ramp and Operations
    Multi tasks Must demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate
    Communication Must be able to communicate in writing and communicate information/instructions verbally, writing and/or via radio equipment if requested
    Must be able to effectively communicate verbally by telephone, and face to face
    Teamwork Must be able to work well with others as a part of a team, meet the public, and handle multiple tasks under stressful situations
    Accountability Must work under tight time constraints to ensure completion of operational goals
    Other requirements Fluent in English languages
    Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
    Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information.
    Ability to work extended work hours.
    Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
